Fitness has been apart of my life forever. I use to work out with my mom doing step-aerobics and Paula Abdul. I am now a yoga instructor.

Receive Text UpdatesHealth and fitness have always been part of my life. Growing up, my mom couldn’t afford a gym membership, so we made movement a priority at home. We worked out in our living room doing step aerobics and following workout videos like Paula Abdul and Billy Blanks. Those early experiences taught me that fitness doesn’t require expensive equipment or perfect conditions, just consistency, creativity & commitment. What began as a necessity became a lifelong passion.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is by combining movement styles that keep my workouts creative and engaging. I blend dance, yoga, and aerobics to build strength, flexibility, and endurance while still enjoying the process. I also incorporate weights and resistance bands to challenge my muscles and support long-term strength. One of my favorite elements is shadow boxing with light weights, which adds intensity, coordination, and cardio. My workouts typically range from 30 minutes to an hour.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use the $20,000 to help open my fitness studio, Studio 37, a space created for women, by women. Studio 37 would offer a variety of fitness experiences, including dance-based workouts, yoga, aerobics, and strength training, designed to meet women where they are in their fitness journeys. My goal is to create an environment focused on confidence, community, and empowerment, where women feel supported and encouraged to move their bodies in ways that feel joyful and sustainable.
