I live in a very active family who is always competing and moving and that’s where my love for self-bettering myself started. Now that I am older and independent I feel as if it is my job to continue to better myself everyday. What also motivates me is thinking about the less fortunate that wish they could workout but are unable to based on physical or mental restraints. I am very blessed to have the opportunity to work on myself everyday which is why I take full advantage of my blessings.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Free weights for sure! I love to be able to customize my workouts and engage my stabilizing muscles to really feel the burn.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use it for schooling. I am in school to get my Esthetician license right now and am planning to go back to school once that is completed to get my nursing license. I want to be able to do Botox injections to help people feel their best!
