Receive Text UpdatesMy passion for health & fitness was once fueled only by aesthetics. As i got a little older, i began to understand the importance of fitness as it pertains to, not only longevity, but longevity with exemplary quality of life. I want to get stronger as i get older and want to be assured that i can live independently with stellar mobility and health. Training has shown me that caring for my body is an act of self-respect, not a punishment and that consistency always beats perfection.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Strength training is my foundation — it makes me feel capable in my body and in my life. I balance lifting with running, walking, and mobility work because fitness should support how you live, not consume it. I love training that builds strength, endurance, and confidence together. A solid strength session gives me what i need to know that nothing is insurmountable.
What would you do with $20,000?My boring answer, but the truth, is that i would invest half of it immediately. With the rest, i would add to my home gym (hello, back extension machine) and then i would travel for a week or so to an island somewhere.
