I train to be strong for my kids, to model discipline, consistency, and grit for other women, and to show that doing hard things builds a meaningful life. I want to stay healthy long enough to support my family and give back to my community for decades to come.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Jiu jitsu. It saved me and keeps me grounded. No matter what life brings, the mats are my constant. I also trail run—it’s my moving meditation. I have one rule: I can slow down, but I don’t stop. No matter how long it takes, I always reach the finish line.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use it to relieve debt and reinvest directly into my local jiu jitsu community so I can train, compete, and continue growing as an athlete. My goal is to inspire women—especially mothers—that it’s never too late to be strong, to compete, or to reclaim your power.
