Receive Text UpdatesI come from a highly competitive gymnastics background where discipline was built early. At just 18, I transitioned into powerlifting and broke two national records in under a year of competing. Training has shaped my confidence, mental strength, and resilience. What fuels me most is constantly pushing my limits, chasing excellence, and inspiring other female athletes to believe in their strength and potential — on and off the platform.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I thrive on pushing my limits in the gym through powerlifting. I currently hold two national Canadian records for bench press and previously held four provincial records in squat, bench, bench only, and my total. Training gives me purpose, structure, and a constant goal to chase. Every session brings me closer to competing at Worlds and becoming/maintaining my spot as one of Canada’s strongest females.
What would you do with $20,000?Save/invest majority of the money, and maybe buy myself one or two new gym outfits ;)
