What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Daily exercise and an active job and lifestyle, I was in ballet for 28 years, gymnast for 12 and sports through out high school. I’ve been an athlete my entire life, but I chose drugs and alcohol after a severe train accident that left me almost paralyzed, after 10 years of abuse I finally got sober and started my fitness journey.
What would you do with $20,000?Donate some to suicide awareness foundations , the other portion I would create the foundation Amanda’s house, after my sister for all struggling addicts and alcoholics. And invest in a gym for recovering addicts and alcoholics to train for free as long as they’re in AA OR a 12 step program. Like I have done. Being sober has opened so many more doors and opportunities for growth and personal development and happiness that I want to share and help those who are still struggling!
