Receive Text UpdatesI have seen how fitness directly accelerates and transforms healing—not just in the gym, but in the operating room and recovery process. Strength, mobility, and consistency improve outcomes, shorten recovery, and restore confidence. When people train their bodies, they don’t just heal faster—they reclaim ownership of their health and future.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is preparing for marathons while balancing strength training, hot yoga, and Pilates. Running builds endurance and mental grit. Strength training supports power and injury prevention. Yoga and Pilates improve mobility, core strength, and recovery. Together, this balanced approach keeps me perform at a high level while prioritizing longevity and overall wellness.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest the $20,000 into the community by expanding “Live Wellness Surgical, PLLC” to include a dedicated wellness space. This would allow integration of movement, recovery, and education into patient care. Thus, helping more people heal beyond surgery through whole-body wellness, strength, and sustainable lifestyle change.
