My passion is fueled by seeing lives changed through movement and consistency. Fitness gave me confidence, discipline, and strength and I’m driven to help others feel the same confidence and feel empowered in their own bodies. Watching people realize that they are capable of more than they believe, keeps me motivated every day.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is strength training with intensity and intention. I love pushing limits, building lean muscle and feeling powerful and strong through structured workouts that challenge both my body and my mind. This training helps me stay strong, athletic and mentally focused.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest the $20,000 into expanding my fitness platform to reach more people with quality training, education and support. I would also like to launch a local program empowering women through health, confidence, and sustainable wellness, while creating accessible resources that help women prioritize, their strength, health, and self worth.
