What fuels my passion for health and fitness is the desire to live fully and enjoy everyday life without pain or limitations. I never want my physical health to restrict what I can do with my friends, family, or spouse. Health shapes nearly every part of our daily experience, so I choose to invest in it now—building strength, resilience, and habits that protect my future and allow me to show up for the people I love. This commitment keeps me active, independent, and confident for years ahead.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love anything that lets me train in the sun. The warmth and fresh air bring me so much joy and natural endorphins. Breaking a sweat feels deeply satisfying because I know my body is working hard and releasing toxins naturally. Outdoor movement keeps me energized, grounded, and mentally refreshed. Whether walking, lifting, or stretching outside, sunshine turns exercise into something I truly look forward to and makes staying healthy feel enjoyable instead of forced.
What would you do with $20,000?It has always been a dream of mine to open my own training facility where I can help others improve their health and confidence. I am passionate about motivating individuals through challenging workouts while encouraging them to live healthier, more balanced lives. With $20,000, I would use it as a down payment on commercial property to create a space dedicated to empowering people, building community, and turning my lifelong passion into a meaningful reality.
