My passion for health and fitness comes from helping women—especially over 40—realize they’re not broken or behind. Strength changed my life physically, mentally, and spiritually, and I’ve watched it do the same for thousands of women. I don’t just coach this lifestyle—I live it. My mission is to simplify the process, restore confidence, honor the body God gave us, and prove it’s never too late to feel strong, energized, and fully alive.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is to mix endurance with strength. As an Ironman triathlete, I love swimming, biking, and running, but nothing beats a strong weight-lifting session. I’ve also taken on Spartan races and stair climbs because I love a challenge. Pushing my body to see what it’s capable of—and getting stronger in the process—is what lights me up.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d use $20,000 to fuel impact, not comfort. Part would go to local organizations serving the poor, helping them reach more people in real need. The rest would build my coaching mission—scaling a movement of strong, confident women in midlife who know their worth is rooted in Christ and rise up to change their families, communities, and the world around them.
