What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Variety is the spice of life! Pickleball, functional training, yoga, Olympic lifting and normal lifting, lots of ACL rehab and of course, living room dance parties!
What would you do with $20,000?I would love to launch an online pickleball coaching platform designed for adults/kids who feel intimidated by learning a new sport. Many women avoid sports because they fear embarrassment or being judged while learning. By offering supportive, beginner-friendly coaching online, I can give people the skills and confidence they need so they can experience the community and mental health benefits once they feel ready to join me on court! That, and a guilt/free healthy Costco shop!
