The rewards that have come my way from getting into shape, physically & mentally cannot be beat! I have worked to maintain this healthier existence for 17 years now but every morning feels like a brand new day to see what I can do! I am very passionate about the truth that 50 & 60 year olds can be strong physically. I am proud of the fact that I can easily pick up my grandchildren. The world needs to see more representation of "mature" women walking around in this world healthy & strong!

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I am a traditional bodybuilder and love pushing weight 6 days a week. I used to feel, as a woman, that I didn't belong in the free weight section where most men reside. Now I walk into that space with confidence...and like to support other women who would like to do the same. I also pay attention to my nutrition by thinking about food as fuel! Food can be our friend and support our efforts and our goals. To wind down I love a walk outside. It's good for the heart and for the mind!

What would you do with $20,000?

I would put that money towards my business of coaching and helping others find change in their health and nutrition. I have a deep passion for helping others and supporting their efforts. It's a joy to see others catch the vision and then move forward with confidence!
