Receive Text UpdatesI've always been pretty conscious about diet. I watched my mom change her life with the power of food. For fitness, I've tried working out on and off but couldn't stick with it. I started running before moving for grad school for my mental health, and to prepare for hikes in the mountains I was going to be near. After moving I started pole dancing and now am trying aerial arts! They have changed the game for me. Dance keeps me in the gym to get stronger to nail and new move!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Definitely my dance classes all year round, I started aerial pilates it is my favorite way to cross train. When the weather is nice it's hard to beat beautiful hike outside!
What would you do with $20,000?20,000 would be life changing for me right now. I'm in graduate school getting a PhD in chemical and Biological Engineering. Health and fitness help me stay sane! I'm trying hard to stay out of debt living paycheck to paycheck. This money could not only get me through school, and also allow me to sign up for more and new dance classes!
