Receive Text UpdatesHealth and fitness became my anchor through life’s hardest seasons. I’m a mother of six, including triplets with medical needs, and I lost my husband suddenly at 44. Fitness wasn’t about looks—it was about strength, clarity, and survival. Movement helped me manage grief, show up for my children, and build resilience. At 49, I train for longevity, mental strength, and to prove we can rise through anything.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love lifting weights. That’s what I do 90% of the time. With bursts of cardio HIIT. I love barbell squats and trapbar deadlifts. I have loved seeing how weights transformed my arms! Approaching 50 and more cut than I’ve ever been. Weight training is key!
What would you do with $20,000?I will have 4 kids starting college in the fall of 2026. I will put this money towards their education! I want them to have as many opportunity as possible with education. They will still apply for scholarships and be responsible for much of their college but this will help take the burden off them as well as me!
