What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

What fuels my passion for health and fitness is knowing that strength has no expiration date. I’m a grandma, and I’ve never felt more powerful. Fitness gave me my energy, confidence, and freedom back. I don’t train to look younger — I train to live fully, stay independent, and show women it’s never too late to begin. Every workout is a promise to my future self and a message to every woman: you are capable, strong, and still rising.”

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

"My favorite way to train is lifting to build real strength and hiking with friends to feed my soul. Strong muscles keep me capable; movement in nature keeps me grounded and joyful. Add a few obstacles to climb, crawl, and laugh through, and I feel like a kid again. Training this way keeps my body strong, my spirit alive, and reminds me that life — and fitness — should be fun.”

What would you do with $20,000?

“If I had $20,000, I’d invest it into the longevity program I’m creating to educate, encourage, and uplift women to take full ownership of their health. I want women confident in their minds, strong in their bodies, and fearless about aging. This isn’t about slowing down — it’s about leveling up. Strong women live longer, love harder, and don’t ask permission to thrive.”
