The choice to show up every day fuels my passion—the freedom to say yes to myself. Fitness strengthens my mind, body, and spirit, and I lead by example. Movement is medicine, and resilience is built, not given. Every mile, every set, and every rep is intentional and empowering—proof that prioritizing my health and fitness has no limits.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is with intention and care for my health. Weight training is essential for my strength and longevity, paired with cardio to keep my heart strong—both are non-negotiable. Just as important is how I fuel my body. When my nutrition supports the work I put in the gym, everything aligns. That balance is what keeps me consistent, energized, and strong.
What would you do with $20,000?In a time when a flicker of light can spark inspiration, I would step forward to build a health/ fitness brand rooted in purpose, not perfection—one that empowers others to reclaim their lives through movement, nourishment, and mindset. I would share my story of adoption, military service, mental health, loss, and resilience, and how alignment heals. I would also pursue my passion for medicine by serving on a medical mission abroad, giving back where hope is needed most.
