What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

Creating the ability for others to be encouraged that they too have the ability to be healthy, strong, confident, and full of joy! Together is strong and people succeeding around me fuels my passion to give away what works! A persons before and successful after is my purpose on earth…to win… for them! I love healthy hearts and bodies for everyone, I am very grateful to be given the chance to make an impact for others.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I continue to be dedicated to the Body For Life program after 26 years of discipline. Author and Fitness Legend Bill Phillips continues to be my hero, my friend and my mentor helping to transform lives throughout the world! I do his methods w great honor and am able to maintain a healthy lifestyle free of medication, health issues while using his mindset training, nutrition and exercise as daily medicine. Body for Life is my only personal training go to as it gives optimal results in health!

What would you do with $20,000?

Give it Back 💯‼️I would utilize the funds to “Make a change Make a difference “ in the lives of others. While fitness and transforming lives is my passion, the funds awarded from the winning of Ms. Health and Fitness would be given back entirely….I simply would give a hundred percent of the funds to the sweet children that need a healthy transformation the most! May God continue to heal the lives of the families, that need healing and strength so that they may overcome life’s adversity!
