My passion comes from helping women build confidence and break through fear and self-doubt. So many believe lies like “I’m not strong enough” or “I don’t belong.” Through education, training, and support, I help women realize their power. Health and fitness gave me discipline, confidence, and purpose—and I want to be a strong example for my future family and show others what’s truly possible.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Strength training is my foundation—it builds confidence, resilience, and strength that carries into everyday life. I also enjoy mixing in hot yoga for balance and mobility, boxing for athleticism, and the occasional Barry’s class with friends. Training should be challenging, empowering, and fun while supporting both physical and mental health.
What would you do with $20,000?I would donate a portion to organizations that support individuals battling obesity or chronic disease by improving access to health and fitness resources. The rest would be invested into expanding my coaching platform—creating educational programs, scholarships, and community initiatives. I’d also love to create a “Shaped by KJ – Ms. Health & Fitness Award” to recognize women who lead with strength, health, and impact.
