I want to be able to handle the unknown of life. Continue to be strong and healthy for my family and lead by example for them and those around me. Knowing what happens as we age fuels me to stay as strong and healthy as I can to battle the aging process and increase my lifespan. Owning a gym allows me to provide this to others so they can continue to grow on their journey of lifelong health and fitness. Having a 7 year old daughter and new knee at the age of 39 fuels me to stay active.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Crossfit and strength training mostly. Crossfit allows me to combine both strength training and metabolic conditioning in my workouts and enables me to push myself in a variety of different movements and metabolic pathways.
What would you do with $20,000?There's always room to grow and learn so definitely sign up for another CEU course in the fitness field. Postpartum or prenatal training or a menopausal course to better increase my knowledge around that age as I enter and can assist others along the way. We are also about to need a new vehicle soon so that would help tremendously with a payment. Maybe save some and maybe use some for a vacation. I'm sure it will go quick.
