My passion stems from the realization that our bodies are incredibly resilient. I was told hereditary hyperlipidemia was my 'destiny,' but I chose to rewrite that narrative. By treating movement as medicine and nutrition as fuel, I didn’t just manage a condition—I conquered it. At 41 I’m proud of myself and Knowing I have the power to transform my health from the inside out is what gets me out of bed every morning and after work every night

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I find my strength under a heavy barbell. There is something incredibly empowering about lifting weights that once felt impossible; it’s a physical manifestation of growth. For me, fitness isn't a temporary phase—it’s a disciplined lifestyle built on heavy lifting, consistency, and the belief that there are no limits to what a woman can achieve when she decides to be strong.

What would you do with $20,000?

Winning would allow me to bridge the gap between my passion and my purpose. I would use the funds to finalize my business and education expenses, creating a platform to mentor others on their own health journeys. I want to prove that age is just a number and that it is never too late to reinvent yourself. After years of hard work, I’d also celebrate this milestone with a vacation to recharge for the next chapter of my fitness mission
