My passion for health and fitness comes from wanting to feel capable, confident, and strong—both physically and mentally. Starting CrossFit and training for firefighting showed me what my body is truly capable of, shifting my focus from how I look to what I can accomplish. Fitness is no longer about chasing an image. While the aesthetics are a bonus, the real reward is building strength, confidence, and trust in myself. There’s nothing more empowering than feeling strong!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love CrossFit and strength training! I have a coach who I work with and I also attend group CrossFit classes with athletes who enjoy being competitive. I love the community aspect of training because I think the friendships you build in the gym are really meaningful.
What would you do with $20,000?A portion of any winnings will be donated to South Metro Professional Firefighters Foundation. https://www.smpff.org/ I will invest in a custom leather fire helmet for work. It makes a huge difference having gear that fits perfectly and is made specifically for you. Additionally, I would love to take my firehouse crew out for a nice dinner as a thank-you for their constant support. Whatever remained would go toward buying a home and building my future.
