My passion for health and fitness comes from seeing how movement can positively change a person’s confidence, mindset, and quality of life. Fitness is not just about physical results—it’s about building self-trust, resilience, and a sense of capability. What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train is through a balance of strength training, functional movement, and low-impact activity such as walking and mobility work. I value training that supports long-term health, injury prevention, and mental well-being. This approach allows me to stay consistent, listen to my body, and maintain a healthy relationship with movement while continuing to challenge myself.

What would you do with $20,000?

If awarded this scholarship, I would use the $20,000 to further my education and stability as a fitness professional. A portion would go toward advanced certifications and continuing education so I can safely and effectively serve a wider range of clients. I would also set aside funds to reduce financial stress, allowing me to focus fully on my training, studies, and client care.
