Yoga and mindful movement have helped me build strength, resilience, and clarity through life’s challenges, and I’ve seen that same transformation in the students, families, and communities I serve. Health isn’t about perfection, it’s about consistency, connection, and showing up for yourself every day.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to stay fit is through yoga and mindful movement, both on land and on the water. I love blending strength, balance, and breath, whether in a vinyasa flow, restorative practice, hike or SUP yoga. Training this way builds functional strength, mental focus, and resilience while keeping me connected to nature and my body.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest the $20,000 into expanding accessible wellness programs for youth and families, bringing yoga, mindfulness, and movement into schools, homeschool communities, and outdoor spaces. The goal would be to reduce stress, build confidence, and support lifelong health by making fitness inclusive, affordable, and rooted in community.
