What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

My children and the people I love fuel me. I also learned to love myself understanding that my body matters. I’ve always been active, but I started to question how do I show up for myself. I am passionate about what I fuel my body in mind/movement/nutrition to optimize myself. I thought of my children’s future and then my dad‘s journey with cancer and how I can help them today and their future. we only have one body And it is a gift.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

As a holistic nutritionist and a certified mindset coach I understand that it is the pathway for my success. I understand how food is sacred, and even respecting the body which is a sacred vessel. I love weight training three to four times a week I’m consistently active, walking/Pilates, etc. i have future goals and looking forward to reaching them feeling best.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would definitely donate to children’s/women’s shelter. That’s always been close to my heart. I love children. I would also give to each of my three children and invest the rest in myself, taking courses that I will attain knowledge for the future. I love to learn and I believe that health and wellness is the future not only for myself, but to educate others that there are possibilities to be your best self!!
