I want my daughters to know what it’s like to work hard and see results for their hard work. I also love being able to help others along the way of my own personal journey. It thrills me to see others excited about their health and fitness journey!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I have done CrossFit since 2011. It changed my life and eventually led to me opening my own gym. While that will always be number 1 in my heart, I also love old school power lifting, and recently have developed a love for HYROX training.
What would you do with $20,000?I would 100000% pay off debt. Thats not super fun, but it would give me peace, so that’s happiness in my book!
