It taught me discipline, resilience, and respect for my body, while helping me heal from perfectionism. Every lift, run, and stretch is proof that I can evolve, heal, and grow stronger at any stage of life.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love a hybrid training approach. Lifting heavy for strength and muscle, running to build endurance, and mobility work like stretching and splits training to stay athletic and injury-free. I enjoy challenging my body in multiple ways because it keeps training exciting and builds a physique that’s strong, functional, and balanced.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d invest in my health, training, and education while creating a platform to inspire women to prioritize strength, movement, and confidence at any stage of life.
