Receive Text UpdatesMost importantly, my kids. As an older mum, I’m very aware of the importance of staying in good health in order to be there for my kids as I age, as well as for myself. My love of yoga and the benefits it has provided me in my mental health has really encouraged me to share it with other women, especially as I enter per menopause. I feel that sometimes the fitness world can be a little too strict, especially with women women’s bodies as we age, and that softness that Yoga provides is important.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Weight training is essential, but it needs to be balanced with flexibility. As a mother, I also feel that Pilates has really provided me the pelvic floor support that I needed in order to be able to lift heavier without consequences.
What would you do with $20,000?I would probably invest in my home gym, Maybe take some fitness trips with my friends and family.
