Witnessing my mom battle end stage breast cancer and seeing what it did to her body and mind drives me to live my healthiest life so that my kids don't have to go thru the same thing. I also want to show women that the perimenopause and menopause stages don't have to be a terrible time and that we can still look and feel sexy
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite workouts happen in the gym lifting weights. I love feeling strong and seeing what my body is capable of. I also love teaching group classes and pushing the women to step out of their comfort zone to realize that they are stronger than they think they are
What would you do with $20,000?My kids are my driving force in being healthy so I would definitely take them on a vacation to thank them for giving me something to strive for. I'd also like to invest some money into certifications which will allow me to help women my age go into this stage of life feeling strong, healthy and confident
