I want to be present, strong, and healthy for the people I love for years to come, fueled by desire to reclaim my identity. My passions arose after child rearing and a drive to regain my confidence as a strong woman not just a mother and wife . Fitness has given me the energy to show up fully as a partner and show my family that my mental health and autonomy makes us a stronger unit. It is something we build together as a family through daily habits and shared values.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is a mix of structured strength training and daily movement. I love lifting heavy with intention, and intensity at times, then balancing it out with walks, functional training, and staying active with my family. It keeps me strong, athletic, and energized because fitness should enhance your life, not take it away from the people you love.
What would you do with $20,000?If I were awarded the $20,000 prize, I would invest it directly back into our small, family-owned juice bar business to expand our impact in the community. Our goal is to branch out into offering affordable, nutrient-dense meal prep options that support real, sustainable health not just quick fixes.This funding would allow us to upgrade equipment, streamline food prep, and develop high-quality, protein-focused meals for busy families, working professionals and individuals who need guidance.
