What fuels my passion for fitness and health is the people I serve and the values I was raised with. My clients inspire me through their commitment to change and trusting me to guide their health journeys. I’m shaped by the strong women in my family, where health and wellness were treated as a true privilege. Lastly, My fiancé’s deep commitment to living a healthy lifestyle challenges me to grow, push harder, and show up with more purpose and passion for my own health and for others.

My favorite way to stay fit is strength training, also known as weightlifting. Having gone through my own transformations more than once, it’s the form of training that makes me feel most confident and grounded. I focus on staying present in each movement, connecting with every muscle to execute proper form and teach it safely to others. It’s a language that connects me to my body and helps me build meaningful connections with clients who wish to learn their body’s language.

Winning the $20,000 prize would allow my fiancé and I to lease our own gym; a sanctuary where clients can transform themselves in the full sanctity of the space. Plus a ladies only space 🤞🏽 We would use the funds for building leasing, keycard access, locker room amenities, towel service, and branding, while setting aside 3 to 6 months of rent and expenses to ensure stability, sustainable growth, and a space that truly empowers our community to thrive.
