Ultimately training for my independence as I age because my legs are at a disadvantage. I geniunely want to see myself & others healthy. I also want to lead by example for my daughter. I'm in hopes one day to have grandchildren & I want to be strong enough to enjoy them.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I enjoy bike riding, walking with a weighted vest, & strength training with weights.
