I remember being 5, showing my family how many pushups I could do, and telling my dad I wanted to be a personal trainer — wild that it actually came true. As I got older, that passion deepened. Watching my mom battle breast cancer and seeing the difference between a grandparent who could play with me and one who couldn’t showed me how important it is not just to be healthy, but to STAY healthy.Aging strong and healthy is what fuels my most successful clients as well!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is 100% in the weight section of the gym. I remember how intimidating it felt the first time I walked into a gym at 17 with all men. Being able to walk in with pure confidence now and know exactly how to train my muscle groups is the most empowering feeling in the world, and I teach other women how to do the same. I enjoy 4 lifts a week: 1 push, 1 pull, and 2 lower-body splits! Lots of core mixed in, and I’m always aiming to up my RPE! I LOVE a good PR and I love walking
What would you do with $20,000?I'm obsessed & passionate about what I do and who I help. However, this job was never about money, which has left me in a great amount of cc debt at 31 years old that I piled on when I started my biz. There have been many times I’ve considered getting a side gig, but I struggle with it taking away from the women who need me. So even though it’s boring, this would fully get me out of debt, which will allow my fiancé and me to get approved for our forever home. He is my biggest supporter.
