What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

Life is short , tough , and a challenge.It throws obstacles in your way .It can easily be cut short and tomorrow isn’t always guaranteed. I think We all carry a different level of weight from the pain of losing a loved one or one’s. That weight can easily add up. You grow through what you go through. When you shift it from a negative into a positive . You change your mindset. Use it as fuel. Their spirit , their love , it gives us hope. It pushes us to keep moving .That‘s my fire, my fuel.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I am forever grateful and thankful to those whom have helped me throughout my health and fitness journey . I truly am inspired by others. My motivation comes from the Health and Fitness community. I always like trying something new.Between working with trainer’s , taking classes , to the exchange of helpful advice or reading informative articles . It is what drives me and are my helpful tools I use to stay refreshed and fit .

What would you do with $20,000?

I have always believed in giving back. People have given back to me , it always makes you feel good when someone helps you and it’s a nice feeling. that is why I like to do the same too because it’s the same feeling as well.A portion, I would like to make contribution’s to a few of my favorite organizations. Some in which i plan to use in honor of a family member . I also am a huge Animal lover and I would so like to continue to fight for them.
