After decades of looking after a whole family first, I finally took the time for myself to train & eat for the results I've always wanted.

Receive Text UpdatesLife has given me a healthy body and it would feel practically sinful not to maintain it as well as I can and maximize my physical enjoyment and activity. I have watched family and friends who are less fortunate lose abilities and it motivates me more to stay in shape, enjoy my body and be responsible for my own health. I genuinely get pleasure from my workouts and my diet, as well as the activities the results allow me to do. As I retire I think of more things to try, instead of less!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I've been a lifelong weightlifter and I still enjoy my training so much. My late brother introduced me to weight lifting when I was only 15, and we were workout partners for decades. It's the greatest gift he could have given me. I like to set strength goals, I like the pump, I like the aesthetic, I like the gym-bro/girlie socializing, I love every aspect of going to the gym. And it makes other activities I enjoy, like hiking, swimming and water-skiing so much easier. It makes me feel limitless!
What would you do with $20,000?I would love to invest in an infrared treatment system to enhance recovery for myself and my husband. I wish some of this information had been out there years ago, but it's never too late (and I probably couldn't have afforded it while raising our family anyways, lol). But now I'm in my self-care era and I want to take advantage of the advances available. I'd probably spend the balance on hiking trips and equipment and new ski gear, as one of my latest goals is to become a decent snow skiier.
