Receive Text UpdatesI knew health and fitness was my passion early on as a former competitive gymnast. Movement has always been a part of who I am. Losing my dad two years ago to cancer deepened that purpose and showed me how fragile life can be and how important prevention truly is. That combination drives me to help people build strong, resilient bodies, confidence, and lifelong habits that support a healthier future.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Strength training will always be my foundation, but I love mixing it with functional movement, conditioning, and boxing-style workouts. Training should build muscle, confidence, and resilience while still being fun and challenging. Movement that makes you feel powerful is what keeps it sustainable.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use the money to help pay for my upcoming wedding in July, reduce college debt, and invest in a few key pieces of equipment for my garage gym so I can continue growing my training business and better serve my clients.
