It feels good to eat healthy and stay active. I don’t love working out but I do it anyway. I enjoy playing volleyball, hiking, swimming, and having an active lifestyle more than hitting the gym. It keeps it fun! I also think eating healthier is easier because I like to bake and cook so I will try out new combinations so eating healthy is never boring for me.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love playing volleyball sand or court. The other way I stay fit is by hiking with my dog or on trips. My gym has intense work outs too so it’s nice to go there for a 1-hour class and know I got a great workout in.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000 I would fix the old van I have to make sure it’s road ready for the adventures I want to go on. I’d love to camp and hike any chance I get. I’d also put it towards my dog’s knee surgery. He can’t go as far as he used to and he is still young at heart.
