Receive Text UpdatesHealth and fitness became personal long before it became my profession. Training, racing, and pushing my limits showed me what the body can do, while watching my mother battle cancer taught me how precious health is. That drives me every day. I love the gym community, competition, and friendships built through hard work, and I’m motivated by helping others feel strong while setting a powerful example for my daughters.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite workout is leg day! But lifting heavy and HIIT have become my favorite way to train. While it’s not enjoyable as I’m doing it, the benefits are outstanding. Meal prepping is also a key part of my fitness routine.
What would you do with $20,000?Winning that prize money would truly help me get back on solid ground. I would be able to pay down my debt, including my car, and make sure my pantry and fridge are stocked with healthy, nutritious food for myself and my youngest daughter. I would also set aside funds to earn my running coach certification and begin a college fund for my daughter’s future. I’m not looking for anything fancy—I simply want stability, opportunity, and the chance to live a good, meaningful life.
