Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

I grew up active thanks to my parents, who taught me discipline and the importance of prioritizing health. I’ve seen firsthand the negative effects of poor health and fitness choices, as well as the powerful impact that changing habits can have on both internal and external well-being. Having experienced both unhealthy and healthy lifestyles, I can attest to how deeply they affect mental and physical health and I want to use that perspective to educate and empower others.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I love weights and the effect consistency and progressive overload can have on the way your body feels and looks. I also love walking and steady state cardio because it slows me to multi task.

What would you do with $20,000?

If awarded $20,000, I would invest in myself by obtaining advanced training and nutrition certifications so I can better support and guide other women in their health journeys. By deepening my education, I can help women transform not only their bodies, but also their confidence, mindset, and overall well-being. My goal is to empower women with sustainable tools and knowledge so they feel strong, capable, and confident in their own skin.
