What fuels my passion for health and fitness is my desire to live fully and feel great every day. I want to be present and active for my children and grandchildren, and to continue enjoying life with energy and confidence. This lifestyle of health and fitness allows me to feel better now than I did in my thirties - both mentally and physically - proving that vitality is a choice we can make at any age.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I strength train four days a week at Rival Athletic Club in Sheffield, Alabama, and make daily movement a priority by walking at least 10,000 steps each day. Lifting weights helps me build strength and support my health. Combined with proper nutrition, quality sleep, and consistent healthy habits, this balanced approach works! What would you do with $20,000?If I won the $20,000, I would reinvest it into health, fitness, and wellness—both personally and within my community. I would support education, training, and programs that help others build strength, confidence, and lifelong health, especially those who believe it’s “too late” to start. I would want this platform to create some lasting impact.
