Receive Text UpdatesGoing to the gym and working out has always been something I could turn toward when I need a break from my day. Along my health journey I have also met so many kind people and some really great friends. I believe that we should all do our best to take care of our bodies as we were gifted life.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love to lift weights 6 times a week while using my rest day to do something outdoors that keeps my body moving. When it is nice out it is often that I could be found either hiking , kayacking, paddle boarding, surfing, or swimming. Aside from my lift split I do also do cardio either on the treadmill or bike.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest into opening up my own gym where I would specialize teaching young adults with special needs how to properly and safely workout. Prior to my car accident I worked in an elementary school as a 1:1 with students with specialized needs. I would love to combine both my past work and my current job as a personal trainer as I have come to see how many little options there are for those with special needs.
