I preach positive vibes and consistency. I am a firm believer in breath work and I know the body can do amazing things if you can just let your mind stay out of the way ❤️ My ultimate passion is simply making people feel better. Whether it be a simple smile, a gym session, or a class. Making other people feel better is soothing for my own soul.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love a good heavy lift day! I also enjoy trails runs with my dog Clover. I enjoy Spartan races or just simple local 5Ks..... anything with fresh air and a view is my ultimate jam. I love stretching through movement and incorporating breathwork. I'm not picky when it comes to training, it all depends on the weather and how my body feels... as long as I get some kind of movement in and heart rate up im happy 😊.
What would you do with $20,000?I would put the funds back into my online coaching and classes that I'm currently working on getting rolling! I'm working on transitioning from being a cosmetologist to everything Fitness:). That is where my soul wants to be... ❤️ I love the lifestyle and the people I've meet along the way! I am beyond ecstatic to see what the future has in store for this new venture!!! 😍
