I feel that being healthy keeps me capable in life. I feel limitless and self sufficient. It inflicts me with confidence. It allows me to keep up and live a full life. I am not bound by physical restraints an welcome challenges , mental, physical and spiritual.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Lifting has always been the most pleasant way of building my physique. I also take great enjoyment in creating my own routines. Cycling is good for my soul and running has found a place in my heart over the last 4 years. Every type of movement and exercise seems to have a place and a result.
What would you do with $20,000?I would reinvest this in my own company. I have started a health and wellness brand , AURA LYYFE, that is funded by only me. The 20k would help me get exposure with advertising and it would help with inventory expenses.
