Megan Dispenza

My goal is to have a great health span but sharing fitness is my passion. Fitness is my foundation and I value my body for how it performs daily. Movement and nutrition impact everything. Working fulltime as a single mom requires me to stay strong and healthy. I want people to get as excited as I do to take care of themselves and believe they can. I believe in the life- long challenge of fitness and my fuel is helping anyone get on the path to health.

My favorite way to train is with my friends. Any workout that includes them is always the best! Spending time in the Resistance Lounge (which is what I renamed the weight room so my friends would be less afraid of it) is where I anchor myself. Lifting is second only to boxing and rowing. I go kayaking often and I spend a lot of time training to box. Boxing is the one sport that keeps me on my toes and relieves stress. Working on my speed and agility as much as possible is what keeps me in shape.

I would love to invest in a home gym and polish off my little collection. I’d also love to go on a health trip with a couple of friends. The reality is I have two kids to send to college and that’s where I would invest it. They are the reason I push so hard.
