As women we are always caring for others, often putting ourselves on the back burner until chronic illness hits! For 10+ years I have been teaching health, wellness, and fitness. I enjoy meeting people at the exact readiness level they are in that moment. Sometimes through tears or pain. At the end of their journey they morph into this beautiful butterfly finding confidence they once had!
Whatโs your favorite way to train or stay fit?I switch between vigorous strength training using CrossFit, and old school strength training, but when I feel that my body needs a break I move into Pilates and yoga for balancing and stretching. Like I said our hormones, our body’s, our career and our lifestyle should reflect balance.
What would you do with $20,000?I am not sure, to be honest. I’m leaning towards a family trip! I’m usually place balance in my bank account. But honestly I’m splurging for a family trip without dipping into savings ๐๐๐๐ค
