What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Morning prayers and devotion to start, followed by moving my body in ways that honor my health—strength training, staying active, and being consistent with habits that support wellness. I love training that challenges me but is sustainable—strength training combined with movement I genuinely enjoy so it becomes a lifestyle, not a chore. Strength training paired with movement I love—keeping it simple, effective, and sustainable.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I would grow my business, MissyFit Sports. Before COVID, I hosted a Las Vegas sports radio show with a popular “Fitness Foodie” segment that highlighted healthy living and local teams. COVID shut it down completely. Today, through GoWithMelissa.com, I promote MissyFit Sports and ketones I truly believe in. This funding would provide marketing ad dollars to expand my reach, increase sales, and inspire more people to live healthier lives.
