My passion for health and fitness is fueled by purpose. As a single mom of 10, attorney, and athlete, my physical strength supports everything I do. Fitness builds resilience, clarity, and confidence, allowing me to lead, serve, and show up fully for my family and work. I love proving that health, strength, and vitality are built through discipline and consistency at any age and stage of life.

My favorite way to train is through variety and community. I’ve taught group fitness since 2004, including weightlifting, yoga, HIIT, cycling, and kickboxing. I train in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and love the mental and physical challenge. F45 is a favorite, and I often train there with my 14-year-old son and 12.5-year-old daughter. All five of my older kids are volleyball athletes, my second daughter is a collegiate track thrower, and my five youngest also train in jiu-jitsu. Fitness is a family life

If I won, I would use the $20,000 to stabilize and support my family. As a single mom caring for 10 children, it would go toward necessary home and vehicle repairs, paying down bills, and creating a stronger foundation for my kids. Financial stability allows me to keep showing up strong, healthy, and present for them. It would also allow me to be more generous and engaged in my community, continuing to lead by example in health, resilience, perseverance, and service.
