Receive Text UpdatesMy passion for fitness is fueled by many things. It keeps me centered. It balances my stress. I actually started really working out as a way to prevent panic attacks. It made me feel confident and powerful. Now, I workout for my "me" time and to invest in my future self for my kids and possible grandkids. I also try to be a good role model for my kids.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is weight lifting. I started Crossfit about 15 years ago, and that was super fun. After a few injuries, I slowed down and focused more on slow and controlled movements with weight training. I also try to get 8-10k steps a day and focus on nutrition through counting macros and clean food.
What would you do with $20,000?If I am selected and win the $20,000, I plan to put that money into my kids and their college funds. I do, however, really want a leg press for my home gym... so maybe also a leg press!
