Receive Text UpdatesHealth and fitness became my language for healing—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I once consumed junk in many forms: food, media, and the thoughts I allowed to take root. Through movement, I learned to listen to my body, build strength, and cultivate compassion alongside discipline. Growing up with a foundation in physical activity gave me the tools to define health on my own terms. I’m passionate about helping women move out of overwhelm and into empowered, embodied well-being.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?For 12 years, CrossFit built my foundation in discipline and strength—and I loved it—but my training has evolved to fit my life, not the other way around. I now focus on intentional strength and bodybuilding, along with handbalancing, which I co-teach, train, and perform at the longest-standing youth circus in the country. I balance this with hiking, yoga, dance, and play. Equally important is training my mind; meditation transformed my relationship with my body—and life— completely.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use the funds to scale my integrative coaching and mindfulness offerings, expanding access to tools for sustainable health rooted in self-compassion, embodiment, and understanding. A portion would support my continued education in integrative psychology as I complete my bachelor’s degree, as well as community initiatives that foster long-term well-being, mindfulness, and connection. And honestly—I’ll probably go visit my family in Washington State, too. :)
