Changing lives & building community! Health & fitness are so much more than physical. People come to my studio FOR the physical portion, but what they tell people about is how they FEEL. They feel stronger, handle stress better, show up more fully for their families & are more present. Through movement we find our voice, healthy boundaries & truest selves. My own journey really started after a life-changing injury that left me feeling broken & alone. I wanted to help others like me.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love to train exactly how I've strived to setup my studio/ studio program: I love a combo of Lagree Fitness, Versa Climber, Mobility & strength training. Lagree found me exactly when I needed it! It's low-impact, but HIGH-intensity. It's based off strength training & bodybuilding principles & really was the answer for training with the injury I referenced above. The Versa Climber is phenomenal! I love how savage it is! It is the King of Cardio! Then mobility is the cherry on top!
What would you do with $20,000?Simple! I would put that money back into my studio. We're not yet fully outfitted to where I've envisioned us. Investing the money into my small business would definitely help & it would feed back into the studio/ local community it serves.
