Family loss to cancer and a tractor-trailer crash fueled my passion. Through Rise Up Fitness and ABC Sports & Fitness, I healed. Despite facing fraud, I became guardian for my brother (non-verbal, wheelchair-bound, CP/diabetes). Now, I advocate for Americans, military, and the world. My goal: help the disabled, young, and old stay mobile and strong. I’ll win to build an accessible gym and donate funds for animals, food, water, and poor communities. I train to change the world.

I believe in a holistic approach that builds both physical and mental resilience. I love walking, running, and using cardio machines to keep my heart strong, while lifting free weights allows me to build the functional strength necessary for long-term health. To balance this intensity, I incorporate yoga and meditation to maintain flexibility and a clear mind. This diverse toolkit is my personal strategy for preventing disease and staying fit, and I want to share it with the world!

Winning $20,000 starts with my brother. I will secure a wheelchair-accessible home to give him the safety and independence his Cerebral Palsy requires. But my mission grows from there: I will launch an inclusive, adaptive gym for our community. This sanctuary will offer specialized equipment and training for the indigenous and disabled, breaking barriers that keep people from health. I’m winning to ensure that everyone, regardless of physical challenge, has the place and power to Rise Up.
